Healing Touch Energy Therapy

Healing Touch is a gentle, heart-centered energy therapy that facilitates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. Designed to support your body’s natural ability to self-heal, practitioners use light touch or hands just above the body to bring harmony and balance to the body and energy systems that run in and around us all.

This non-invasive approach is rooted in the understanding that our overall health is connected to the flow of energy in and around the body. By clearing and balancing this energy, Healing Touch can support greater harmony, resilience, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself as you continue to navigate life with more ease and enhanced quality of life.

As an evidence based therapy, Healing Touch integrates healing traditions of many cultures, as well as Dr. Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring and Science of Caring. This accredited modality holds high professional standards not just in the energy work but in safety, ethics, efficacy, scope and compassion.

Guided & Integrative Imagery

Guided Imagery is a gentle therapeutic process that uses the power of your imagination to support healing and self-discovery. Through guided relaxation and prompts, you are supported to explore images, sensations, emotions, or inner experiences that arise naturally. Because the mind and body are deeply connected, working with imagery can positively influence emotional and physical wellbeing.

Integrative Imagery goes a step deeper by engaging with the images that arise with gentle dialogue guided by the practitioner— whether they feel supportive, challenging, or somewhere in between, gentle conversation and reflection can offer insight, clarity, relief and guidance.

The imagery approach honors the belief that each person carries an innate inner wisdom and capacity for healing. Often using all five senses activating the subconscious where the brain begins to send new messages to the body— moving you toward harmony physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Imagery is collaborative and you are never alone— your inner awareness leads the way and deepens your connection to your wise self.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the practice of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) cultivates self awareness inviting one to pay attention on purpose in a particular way — without judgment. This structured modality uses body awareness, emotional regulation and gentle practices — to also use in daily life — leading you toward greater awareness, clarity and acceptance.

To notice our experience without judgment allows us to be where we are, giving us an opportunity to relate to life’s challenges and joys.  Mindfulness supports the ebbs and flows of life inviting us to lean into both — and notice.

What to Expect

We begin with a conversation about what brought you in, your health history, and current physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Together, we’ll identify goals and set an intention for the session. Casey often combines modalities for customized support.

The second part of the session begins with attunement — often by holding your feet — where I connect to your body and energy systems, followed by guided relaxation like mindfulness, breath-work or imagery. Casey intuitively selects energy therapy techniques which is given through very light touch, either directly on the body or just above it. As you rest, Casey follows the subtle messages from your body and energy systems to bring harmony and balance to the whole person. Your body and energy are Casey’s guide to facilitate healing.

Your comfort is always a priority — if lying on your back is not comfortable we can adjust to sitting, propped up, lying on your side or any other position that is most supportive.

During the Session

Experiences vary — you may notice:

  • Deep relaxation and rest

  • Feelings of being supported and comforted

  • Dreamlike imagery or thoughts

  • Emotional release (tears or laughter)

  • Gained clarity or unexpected insight

Your body’s intuitive wisdom integrates what is most beneficial for you. Some people notice immediate shifts or symptom relief and for others, changes unfold gradually over several days as the energy continues to harmonize.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Often times meaningful shifts can occur in just one session and sometimes three to four sessions may be helpful to experience noticeable change. Each healing plan is personalized based on your intentions, goals, and current needs.

Some individuals choose regular sessions during particularly challenging times for ongoing support. Others incorporate sessions into their self-care routine to maintain balance and wellbeing. Many clients also schedule seasonal “tune-ups” and check-ins.

During your first session, we’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels supportive and aligned for you.

The benefits of energy healing are cumulative, and regular sessions can make life feel more manageable, grounded, and harmonious over time.
