Thank you for being here!

I’m Casey Estrada, a Board Certified Healing Touch Energy Medicine Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in integrative healing. Also trained in Guided Imagery and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) I blend these techniques with Healing Touch to offer customized support. I am in private practice in Downtown Pleasanton and contracted with Stanford Medicine Tri-Valley Cancer Center. I continue to pursue education to deepen and expand my work as well as my own healing journey.

With a trauma-informed and heart-centered approach, I create and hold a safe space where your body, mind, and spirit can rest, release, restore and reconnect. My role is to be a guide and facilitator for you to self-heal — an innate ability we all have.

I first discovered Healing Touch as a client during a personally challenging time in my life when emotional stress began manifesting physically. The relief and clarity I experienced was intriguing — leading me to become a Board Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in 2016.

After a life-changing accident in 2021, integrating holistic modalities with traditional care supported my healing and deepened my work. This experience led me toward supporting others facing adversity. Guided by both my healing journey and continued education, I prioritize trauma-informed care and meeting my clients where they are.

I have learned to trust the pace of healing and be curious to what it means. … Wherever you are on your journey, I look forward to connecting with you.

With Love, Casey
